Our House Made Granola was created when The Factory Café first opened in 2013. It has been a staple on our Saturday brunch menu and available on the café counter for our guests to take home and enjoy. And today, we are making it available on our website.
The perfect blend of butter, honey, dark brown sugar, and salt are incorporated to coat rolled oats, unsweetened coconut, pecans, almonds, pepitas, and flax seeds. The mixture is finished with chopped dried cranberries, currants, and apricots.
Made in small batches with simple ingredients, our granola has a great crunch and a nice balance of savory and sweet. Snack directly from the bag or pair with yogurt or milk. (Our granola also makes a delicious cookie.)
