The new year brought changes and a new path for The Factory Cafe.
Every Saturday we invite you, your family, and friends to join us for brunch. Our hot kitchen is open Saturdays and serving up brunch staples like biscuits + gravy, quiche, the Farm Breakfast, and French Toast. The ever-popular Factory Burger, mimosas, and a selection of wine and craft beer is also available. We keep our sourcing local and organic whenever possible and serve from local St. Florian Fiber Farm and bacon from the Fatback Pig Project.
And though we no longer offer daily hot lunches, our cooler is stocked with house made favorites like white BBQ chicken salad and pimento cheese, along with a variety of other ready-to-eat options that can be purchased Tuesday through Friday from 10am – 5pm during our store hours. (You can also order pickup in advance here.)
During the week, pre-ordered box lunches are available for pick-up, as well as catering. We excitedly host group lunches at The Factory for groups of 10 or more. Visit our website to order a boxed lunch or contact our catering coordinator to arrange catering and group lunches.
All of our meals are made from organic ingredients sourced from local farms and purveyors whenever possible.

P.S.: Tours of The Factory take place Tuesday through Friday at 2:00 pm. They are free of charge and guided by one of the Alabama Chanin team members. Special times can be scheduled for school groups. Contact us at 256-760-1090 to find out the details.
