Week days at The Factory mean savory meals featuring organic, and regionally-sourced ingredients. Our Daily Menu rotates with the seasons and features everything from soup and sandwiches, to quiche and freshly-baked bread. Stay for a free, guided tour each weekday at 2:00pm, where you will learn about the history of the company and our sustainable manufacturing practices.
SATURDAY BRUNCH
Celebrate Saturdays with brunch from 10:00am – 2:00pm. Our menu covers all of your breakfast basics, including biscuits and homemade gravy, and mimosas made with freshly-squeezed orange juice.
