The Factory Store will reopen for the holiday season on November 24th, and we’ll be hosting a series of special events at The Factory through the holiday season that feature artists and artisans from the region.
Plan your visit to view the Collection firsthand, work with our team on your holiday gift selection, and experience Alabama Chanin in-person. In addition to the Collection, our store features machine-sewn organic knits, accessories, home goods and kitchenwares from celebrated artisans, local music offerings, as well as a selection of fabrics, sewing notions and tools, books, and more.
Starting Tuesday, November 24th, the store will be open with the following hours:
Monday by appointment only
Tuesday – Friday | 10am – 5pm
Saturday | 10am – 2pm (December 5th, 12th, and 19th only)

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 5TH
On Saturday, December 5th, we will host visiting artists and artisans Jordan Patterson and Rebecca Hudson.
Jordan Patterson is an artist from Atlanta, Georgia, who creates 3-dimensional compositions from cut paper. Framed and unframed works will be available for purchase. Jordan will also be customizing select leather goods available at The Factory, including Hawks and Dove accessories and Heath Ceramics bags.
Rebecca Hudson is a local potter and ceramist who will be featuring her wares. More details to come.
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 10TH

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 12TH
On Saturday, December 12th, we will be hosting a pop-up of Dessous by Sophie Simmons and local artist Jacob Fulton.
Nashville-based designer Sophie Simmons designs Dessous—French underpieces for layering—which are sewn in New York using Japanese cotton long-known for its superior weave and weight, and custom embroideries from an old lace mill north of Paris.
Based in Florence, artist Jacob Fulton combines classical graphic design with contemporary mixed media street art, Western American portraiture, and Renaissance period religious iconography. Jacob will be selling his artwork and will be screenprinting and customizing Alabama Chanin t-shirts on-site. More details to come…
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 19TH
On Saturday, December 19th, we will be hosting Kat Wolle of Wild Artifact and local artisan Lily Rausch.
Kat Wolle is the owner of Wild Artifact and a designer based in Nashville who will be showcasing her accessories and jewelry made from stone, minerals, crystals.
Lily Rausch is a local artisan who will be featuring naturally dyed goods, canvas bags, tea towels, and more. Lily will be available to embroider on select Alabama Chanin pieces.
