Change has been a constant at Alabama Chanin and over Natalie’s twenty-plus years as a designer, business owner, and slow fashion pioneer. Doing the good work to implement positive changes that better the lives of our guests, our team, and the company is an ongoing endeavor.
Today we are excited to announce our most recent change: the launch of the newest iteration of AlabamaChanin.com. This new website will go live this week, and our goal is to markedly improve guest experience and make the functionality of the website even more seamless. To do this we have partnered with Shopify, our new website platform. When the site goes live, we will invite you to explore the new website and send us feedback. Here are some new features to look for:
A new online account: All guests with existing accounts will need to create a new one. You can use your previous email address and password, or choose a new one.
Gift certificate code updates: All previously issued gift certificate codes have been altered slightly. Our guest experience team will be reaching out to you with your updated code, but please give us a call at 256-760-1090 with any questions or to receive your new code.
AfterPay: This has been added as a new payment option at checkout. Conveniently pay for your purchases in installments. You can read more about AfterPay here.
And as we share this newest change with you, we also would like to share the constants ―the foundations without which Alabama Chanin would not be possible.
