These crêpes are stuffed with Swiss cheese, Fatback ham, a shirred egg, and topped with a blueberry-thyme sauce. Pair your meal with a mug of our specialty blend coffee, roasted in Columbia, Tennessee. As always, we will have a selection of seasonal choices that highlight products from local and regional farms and purveyors.
