First Monday in September will be postponed until Tuesday, September 6th from 8:30 – 11:30am, as The Factory and all Alabama Chanin offices will be closed on Monday in observance of Labor Day. Work on your latest sewing project in the company of fellow sewers, as you share inspiration and encouragement. Stick around for a wholesome lunch from the Café, and please bring your own fabric and sewing notions.
DAILY LUNCH
The Factory is serving up lunch made from organic and locally-sourced ingredients every weekday. Our Daily Menu evolves with each season and features everything from soups and sandwiches, to quiche, cookies and crepes. Stay for a free, guided tour each weekday at 2:00pm, where you will learn about the history of the company and our sustainable manufacturing practices.
SATURDAY BRUNCH
Start your weekends off right with brunch from 10:00am – 2:00pm every Saturday. Our menu covers all of your breakfast basics, including scrambled eggs, bacon, and biscuits with homemade gravy – and also features special dishes like The Factory Benedict and French Toast. Our store is open from 10:00am – 3:00pm. Come out and shop our newest Collection and a selection of accessories, home goods, and kitchen wares.

Custom catering and freshly-baked whole cakes are available for all events and occasions. Work directly with our head chef, Zachariah, to create a delicious menu tailored to your tastes and needs.
