DAILY LUNCH
Every weekday The Factory offers lunch from our Daily Menu. Our menu features organic ingredients from local and region purveyors and changes with the seasons. It includes soups, sandwiches, fresh vegetables, cookies, crepes, organically sourced tea, and a selection of wine and beer. At 2:00pm every weekday, we offer a free guided tour of our facility where you can see our product areas and learn about our history and sustainable manufacturing practices, so join us after your lunch.
SATURDAY BRUNCH
Join us for brunch every Saturday from 10:00am – 2:00pm. We offer specials like French Toast and The Factory Benedict. We also serve our Farm Breakfast that includes breakfast staples like homemade biscuits and gravy, bacon, and scrambled eggs. Finish your meal with a glass of sweet tea or a mimosa. On Saturdays, our store is open from 10:00am – 3:00pm. Stop by after your meal and shop our home goods, kitchen wares, and Collection garments.

For all occasions and special events The Factory and our head chef Zachariah offer catering and freshly-baked whole cakes. Zachariah will work with you to create a customized menu to suit your tastes and needs.
