DAILY LUNCH
Every weekday The Factory offers lunch from our Daily Menu. Our menu features locally sourced organic ingredients and changes with the seasons. It includes sandwiches, soups, quiche, fresh vegetables, cookies, crepes, organically sourced tea, and a selection of wine and beer. At 2:00pm after your lunch, join us for a free tour guided by a member of the Alabama Chanin team. We will take you throughout our facility where you can see our production areas and learn about our history and sustainable manufacturing practices.
SATURDAY BRUNCH
Join us for brunch every Saturday from 10:00am – 2:00pm. We offer specials like French Toast and The Factory Benedict. We also serve our popular Farm Breakfast that includes breakfast staples like homemade biscuits and gravy, bacon, and scrambled eggs. Compliment your meal with a cup of hot coffee or a mimosa made with fresh squeezed orange juice. On Saturdays, our store is open from 10:00am – 3:00pm. Stop by after your meal and shop our hand-made Collection garments, home goods, and kitchen wares.
CAFÉ SERVICES
For all occasions and special events, The Factory and our head chef Zachariah offer freshly-baked whole cakes and catering. Zachariah will work with you to create a customized menu to suit your tastes and needs.
