THIS WEEK
On November 3rd, our head chef Zach Chanin will teach a Holiday Breads Cooking Workshop. at The Factory. Book your spot now and learn to make a variety of breads and compound butters for the upcoming holiday season.

Spots are still available for our Two Hour Sewing Workshop at The Factory this Wednesday, November 2nd. All proceeds from this workshop will benefit St. Joseph Regional Catholic School’s Fresh Café.

UPCOMING EVENTS
Join us on Monday, November 7th, from 8:30am to 11:30 am for First Mondays at The Factory. Bring your own sewing notions and current project and spend a few hours sharing inspiration, laughs, and encouragement with your fellow sewers. Stay afterward for lunch at our Café.

DAILY LUNCH
Every weekday The Factory offers lunch from our Daily Menu. The menu features items made from organic ingredients that are sourced from local purveyors and change with the season. After lunch, join us for a free tour at 2:00pm. Guided by a member of the Alabama Chanin team, the tour takes you through our facility where you can see our production studio and learn about our history and sustainable manufacturing practices.

SATURDAY BRUNCH
Join us for Saturday Brunch from 10:00am – 2:00pm and enjoy a meal made from locally-sourced, organic ingredients. We offer specials that change weekly like the Factory Benedict or Eggs in a Basket, as well as brunch staples like Buttermilk French Toast and our popular Farm Breakfast. Complete your meal with a glass of sweet tea or a cup of hot coffee. Our store will be open from 10:00am – 3:00pm, so stop by after your meal and shop our artisan-made garments, machine-sewn home goods, and kitchen wares.

CAFÉ SERVICES
For all of your occasions and special events, The Factory offers catering and freshly-baked whole cakes. Our head chef Zach will work with you to create a customized menu to suit your tastes and needs.
