With Thanksgiving behind us, many of us have quickly switched gears to focus on the holidays: gifts, gatherings, parties, planning, decorations, and get-togethers. Social calendars tend to fill up this time of year with office parties, trips to the in-laws, and catching up with old friends and family who come to town.
The Factory Café is here to help you plan your holiday season with our newly updated Catering menus. Opening in 2013, The Factory Café serves seasonal, local, and organic fare that highlights the best of the new southern kitchen. We care about quality, and all our food is made from scratch. We work with sustainable and responsible purveyors to source the best ingredients to go into our homemade dishes.
This year, we’re offering a Holiday Catering Menu with a biscuit buffet or breakfast sampler; Hor d’oeuvres ranging from Baked Brie with Spicy Apple Chutney to a Prime Rib Sandwich with Smoked Red Onions; a classic Holiday Supper with chicken or pork loin; and Holiday Sweets like Chocolate Meringue Cookies and Italian Crème Cake. Our Weekday Lunch Menu includes boxed lunches or a buffet with meat and three that can be delivered right to you.
The Factory Café is used by the community to host special lunch gatherings and parties. Our team provides off-site catering services for all events and occasions. Each of our catering menus can be used for off-site events or on-site groups at The Factory.
