Every Monday through Friday, from 11:00am to 2:00pm, The Factory Cafe offers lunch from our Daily Menu. Featuring vegetables and meats from local purveyors, our menu offers a variety sandwiches, soups, quiche, and sweets like Blueberry Crepes and chocolate chip cookies. We also carry a selection of wine and beer. Stay for a free tour of The Factory at 2:00pm. Guided by a member of the Alabama Chanin team, you will see our production studio and learn about our history and philosophies.
SATURDAY BRUNCH
Join us for brunch every Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm in The Factory Café. Our menu, featuring local, organic ingredients, offers weekly specials like The Factory Benedict, as well as our Farm Breakfast, French Toast, and yogurt topped with house-made granola. Complement your meal with a mimosa made from freshly-squeezed orange juice or a cup of The Factory hot chocolate. Our store is open from 10:00am to 3:00pm, so be sure to browse through our Collection garments and home goods.

The Factory and our head chef Zach offer catering and freshly-baked whole cakes for all of your special events. Our Weekday Catering Menu offers options for breakfast, as well as boxed lunches and buffets.
