DAILY LUNCH
Every weekday from 11:00am to 2:00pm, The Factory Café serves lunch made with organic, locally sourced ingredients. The menu offers sandwiches, soups, quiche, fresh vegetables, and desserts. We also offer a selection of wine, beer, and hot beverages like The Factory Blend coffee. Take a free, guided tour of the Factory every weekday at 2:00pm, where you will see our production studio and learn about our company history and philosophies.
SATURDAY BRUNCH
The Factory Store is open every Saturday from 10:00am to 3:00pm. After you browse our artisan-made Collection and home goods, join us for brunch in The Café from 10:00am to 2:00am. Our brunch menu includes customer favorites like The Factory Benedict, as well as buttermilk French Toast, the Farm Breakfast, quiche, yogurt, hot coffee and sweet tea. All of our brunch dishes are made with organic ingredients, sourced from local purveyors.

The Factory and our head chef Zach offer catering and freshly-baked whole cakes for all of your special events. Our Weekday Catering Menu offers options for breakfast, as well as boxed lunches and buffets.
