The Factory Café serves lunch every weekday from 11:00am to 2:00am.The Daily Menu features freshly prepared soups, quiche, sandwiches, and desserts. All our dishes are proudly made with organic ingredients sourced from local and regional farms. We also offer a curated selection of wine and beer. After lunch, a member of the Alabama Chanin team gives a tour of The Factory at 2:00pm every weekday—view our production studios and learn about our company history and philosophies.
SATURDAY BRUNCH
Join us for brunch on Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Made with regionally sourced ingredients, the brunch menu features weekly specials like Eggs in a Basket, as well as quiche, yogurt, French Toast, and the ever-popular Farm Breakfast. Complement your meal with a mimosa or a cup of The Factory Blend coffee. After your meal, browse our latest Collection of garments and home goods—the store will be open from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

The Factory and our head chef Zach offer catering and freshly baked whole cakes for all your special occasions. Our Weekday Catering Menu offers options for breakfast, as well as boxed lunches and buffets.
