DAILY LUNCH
The Factory Café serves lunch on weekdays from 11:00am to 2:00pm. The Daily Menu features quiche, fresh vegetables, sandwiches, and soups—all prepared with organic ingredients. We also offer desserts and a selection of wine and beer. Each weekday, we host tours of The Factory at 2:00pm. A member of the Alabama Chanin team will take you through our design and production studios, and you will also be able learn about our company history and philosophies.
SATURDAY BRUNCH
Start your weekend off right with Brunch from The Factory Café, every Saturday from 10:00am – 2:00pm. The menu features ingredients from local farms and purveyors and features weekly specials like The Factory Benedict. After brunch, shop our selection of artisan-made items for the home alongside the Alabama Chanin collection until 3:00pm.

The Factory and our head chef Zach offer catering and freshly-baked whole cakes for all your special events. Our Weekday Catering Menu offers options for breakfast, as well as boxed lunches and buffets.
