Monday through Friday, The Factory Café serves lunch from the Daily Menu. Made with seasonal, organic ingredients from local farms and purveyors, our menu features a variety of sandwiches and desserts, as well as soup, quiche, and vegetables. We also serve beer, wine, tea, and The Factory Blend coffee from Muletown Coffee. After lunch, stay with us for a guided tour of The Factory and our production studios, beginning at 2:00pm.

Start your weekend off right with Saturday Brunch at The Factory Café. Alongside specialty cocktails and mimosas, we offer favorites like The Farm Breakfast, buttermilk French Toast, and The Factory Benedict. To compliment your meal, we serve tea and hot coffee.

The Factory Café and head chef Zach offer catering services and freshly baked whole cakes for all your special events. Our Weekday Catering Menu offers options for breakfast, as well as boxed lunches and buffets.
