DAILY LUNCH
Using organic ingredients from local farms, the Café serves lunch every weekday from 11:00am to 2:00pm. The Daily Menu features a variety of sandwiches and desserts, quiche topped with house made puff pastry, fresh salads, and daily specials. After your meal, join us for a tour of The Factory at 2:00pm.
SATURDAY BRUNCH
Don’t miss brunch on Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Made fresh in house, our Brunch menu includes breakfast staples like French Toast, Farm Breakfast, and seasonal favorites like Avocado Toast. We also offer a variety of sides and a weekly special. Complement your meal with a mimosa made with freshly squeezed orange juice or a cup of hot coffee.
CAFÉ SERVICES
The Factory and our head chef Zach offer catering and freshly-baked whole cakes for all special occasions. Our Weekday Catering Menu offers options for breakfast, as well as boxed lunches and buffets.
