In celebration of National Shrimp Day on May 10^th, Chef Zach and the Café team will be serving Fried Green Tomatoes + Shrimp Remoulade all week, made with Royal Red Gulf shrimp. Stop by and have a plate.

UPCOMING EVENTS
On May 15^th , bring your notions and sewing project to Third Mondays at The Factory.

Spots are still open at The School of Making’s Three-Day Workshop from May 18^th through 20^th at The Factory. Join us for a long weekend of making and fellowship.

DAILY LUNCH
Drop in for a quick, easy lunch on Mondays, featuring items from the Café’s Antipasti Menu. Prepackaged bites like white barbecue chicken salad, Gram Perkins’ egg salad, chips, and Leccino olives will be available. Tuesday through Friday the Daily Menu, full of sandwiches, quiche, salads, and sweets is offered. No matter the day, lunch is served from 11:00am to 2:00pm and dishes are made with local, organic ingredients.

SATURDAY BRUNCH
Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm, The Factory Café serves brunch. Offering favorites like The Farm Breakfast and buttermilk French toast, quiche, yogurt with house made granola and avocado toast. Add a specialty cocktail or mimosa made with freshly-squeezed orange juice to your meal.

CAFÉ SERVICES
The Factory and head chef Zach offer catering and freshly-baked whole cakes for all special occasions. The Weekday Catering Menu offers options for breakfast, as well as boxed lunches and buffets.
