UPCOMING EVENTS
Chef Zach is hosting the Café’s second-annual Spring Harvest Supper on Saturday, May 27th. The all-inclusive evening includes cocktails, four courses highlighting the freshest spring ingredients, and wine pairings. Reserve your seat now.
Please note that First and Third Mondays is moving to a new day. Beginning on June 6th, The Factory will be hosting First and Third Tuesdays. If you couldn’t make it on a Monday, pack up your sewing projects and notions and join The Factory team from 8:30am – 11:30am for a Tuesday morning of making.
There’s still space available for our next Classic One-Day Workshop on June 23rd. Spend the day with The School of Making team discussing the physics of sewing, reverse appliqué, and an overview of garment construction and other Alabama Chanin techniques. This workshop is suited to beginners and experienced sewers alike. You’ll work with our team to create a hand-sewn project from a selection of custom kits. Enjoy a locally-sourced lunch from The Factory Café (a selection of gourmet sandwiches and salads, Southern-inspired sweets, and an assortment of teas and coffees). Reserve your spot here.
DAILY LUNCH
Chef Zach and the Café team prepare lunch weekdays from 11:00am to 2:00pm. On Mondays, help yourself to the Antipasti Menu full of quick, picnic-style fare like pimento cheese, egg salad, and pre-packaged crackers, chips, and sweets. Tuesday through Friday, the kitchen serves from the Daily Menu, which includes quiche, sandwiches, vegetables, and desserts. Tea, coffee, specialty sodas, wine, and beer are available every day.
SATURDAY BRUNCH
Stop in for brunch every Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Enjoy weekly specials like The Factory Benedict, French Toast, the Farm Breakfast, avocado toast, and yogurt with granola—all prepared with local, organic ingredients. A cup of coffee, tea, or a specialty cocktail (or two) complete your meal.
CAFÉ SERVICES
The Factory and chef Zach offer catering and freshly-baked whole cakes for all occasions. The Weekday Catering Menu offers options for breakfast, boxed lunches, and buffets.
