In celebration of Independence Day, The Factory and all Alabama Chanin offices, including customer service, shipping, and production, will be closed Tuesday, July 4th. Wherever you find yourself, may you make happy memories.
On Wednesday, July 5th, The Factory hosts First Tuesdays. From 8:30am – 11:30am, work on your current sewing project, sharing fellowship and laughter with fellow sewers.
July marks the third quarter of The School of Making’s 2017 Build a Wardrobe. Wrap Dress patterns and fabric will be sent throughout the month to all subscribers. You can join Build a Wardrobe anytime during the year here.

Lucy Buffett will be at The Factory on July 27th to celebrate the release of her newest cookbook, Gumbo Love. Open to all, drinks and small bites will be served. Find more information about the event here.

DAILY LUNCH
The Factory Café serves lunch weekdays from 11:00am – 2:00pm. Monday offers lighter, picnic-inspired fare from the Antipasti Menu like white BBQ chicken salad, pimento cheese, chips, crackers, olives, and artisanal cheeses. Tuesday through Friday—choose from the Daily Menu, full of favorites like quiche and the Heirloom BLT (it’s back), a variety of sandwiches, sides, and desserts.
SATURDAY BRUNCH
Join us every Saturday from 10:00am – 2:00pm for brunch. The menu features breakfast favorites like French Toast, quiche, the Farm Breakfast, and yogurt with house made granola. Complement your meal with hot coffee, organically-sourced tea, or a mimosa.
CAFÉ SERVICE
The Factory offers catering and freshly-baked whole cakes for all special events. The Weekday Catering Menu offers options for breakfast, boxed lunches, and buffets.
