UPCOMING EVENTS
Our Pasta Workshop with the Universtiy of North Alabama was a big hit, so we’ve decided to offer another workshop with Chef Ray. The Filled Pasta Workshop will take place on January 9th at The Factory Café Spend some quality time in the kitchen learning how to create fresh-filled pasta from scratch.
DAILY LUNCH
The Factory Café offers two menu options on weekdays. Mondays offer lighter fare from the Antipasti Menu, while the rest of the week offers meals from the Daily Menu – like The Factory Burger, sandwiches with pastrami or white BBQ chicken, salads, and quiche. Tea, coffee, craft beers, and wine are available all week.
SATURDAY BRUNCH
On Saturdays from 10:00am until 2:00pm the café team serves brunch. Breakfast favorites like buttermilk biscuits and gravy, grit bowls, and French Toast are served alongside specialty cocktails, hot coffee, and hearty sides. (And Burger Hour offers The Factory Burger from 1:00pm – 2:00pm.)

The Factory offers catering and freshly-baked whole cakes for all special occasions. The Weekday Catering Menu offers options for breakfast, boxed lunches, and buffets.
