Last April, we transitioned Monday lunch service at The Factory Café to a day of picnic-style options by creating “Antipasti Mondays.” (Our hot kitchen is open Tuesday – Saturday).
Our Antipasti Mondays get new, updated programming this Monday, May 14th. Starting then, our new café cooler will be fully stocked with picnic-style and to-go lunch options for easy self-service. The cooler will remain stocked all week, giving you the option to stop by at any time to eat in the café or take it go and enjoy at home.
You can expect to find half-pints of pimento cheese, White BBQ chicken, Gram Perkins Egg Salad, Belle Chevre goat cheese logs, bacon jam, crackers, sweet treats, Harvest Roots Kimchi, Kombucha, and Pickles as well as bottled sodas, water, and Milo’s tea. Coffee, craft beer, and wine will be available as well. Our lemon citronette and buttermilk herb dressings will also be available in half-pints.
Our café market will change with seasonal, fresh offerings and also features kitchen and bar products from purveyors like Jack Rudy Cocktail Co., Shotwell Candy Co., Oliver Farm, Biscuit Love, and Mother Shrub.
Visit us daily from 10am – 5pm and on Saturday from 10am – 3pm.
