SATURDAY BRUNCH + THE WEEK IN REVIEW

Thanks to Joe York, the University of North Alabama, and everyone who came out on Thursday evening for our SFA Film Screening. The event brought together film, great food (and drinks), and good company from our community.

For Saturday Brunch, we continue to serve our signature cocktail from the film screening: a Ginger-Lillet Fizz made with Prosecco and Tippleman’s Ginger-Honey Syrup. Crafted in Charleston, the Tippleman’s Simple syrups are also available for purchase in-store.

We’re also serving up our Factory Benedict with fried Ossabaw Ham (from Bluewater Creek Farm), featuring homemade English muffins topped with poached eggs and sriracha hollandaise sauce. As always, we will have a selection of seasonal choices that highlight products from local and regional farms and purveyors.
